Our story<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Suntem o asociatie din orasul Medias jud Sibiu compusa din \u00a0p\u0103rin\u021bi a copiilor cu autism, avand ca scop recuperarea copiilor nostri.\u00centr-o lume \u00een care a fi diferit nu este tolerat u\u0219or, \u00een care dreptul la educa\u021bie \u0219i o copil\u0103rie fericit\u0103 este furat de diagnostice pe care copiii le primesc din ce \u00een ce mai des, am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103, p\u0103rin\u021bi \u0219i speciali\u0219ti trebuie s\u0103 lupt\u0103m impreuna pentru recuperarea copiilor <\/strong>no\u0219tri.In prezent 1 din 44 de b\u0103ie\u0163i \u015fi 1 din 84 de fete sufera de tulburare din spectrul autist.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Asociatia a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 \u00een anul 2018 de 5 p\u0103rin\u021bi cu copii diagnostica\u021bi cu autism. \u00centre timp numarul copiilor de care ne ocupam a ajuns la 32. Vorbim despre copii cu afec\u021biuni din gama autismului ,TSA, ADHD, retard \u00een dezvoltare, copii cu Cerin\u021be Educa\u021bionale Speciale.(CES)<\/strong>
\nWe started on this road because there are not enough places in Media\u0219 to treat these diseases and we thought it was time for us, the parents, to get involved.<\/strong>
\nThese children need as therapy treatment, they need behavioral therapy, sensory therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, therapies that should be done daily and should not be interrupted. These therapies cost a lot. The children in the association are between 3 and 13 years old and many have chances to recover.<\/strong>
\nAsocia\u021bia Sf\u00e2ntul Casian a dorit \u00eenfin\u021barea unui centru de zi pentru copii, unde terapia s\u0103 fie gratis. P\u00e2n\u0103 nu demult ni s-a spus c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 a\u0219a ceva \u0219i nu va exista niciodat\u0103. Ei bine, noi, nu ne-am mul\u021bumit cu acest r\u0103spuns \u0219i am continuat \u201c lupta\u201d.<\/strong>
\nWe thought we would succeed and we would not give up. Following several discussions with the County Council and Media\u0219 City Hall, they decided to help us by paying us the salaries of 3 therapists and offered us a space in which to carry out our activity. For us, this means that the sky has finally turned blue, that we have not fought in vain.<\/strong>
\nWe still need teaching materials, materials for the sensory room, we will have expenses with the opening of the space.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So what at first seemed like a dream, today is a joyful reality. Although we have little time since its establishment, the Saint Casian Medias Association has become the bridge on which these special children, with TSA, autism and ADHD coming out of isolation, step into the world they deserve.
